ow to check my Ubuntu is 32bit or 64bit?

1. Open Terminal

> dpkg -s libc6 | grep Arch

Architecture: i386 -> 32bit
Architecture: amd64 -> 64bit.

You can install amd64 version on Intel 64bit support  CPU .
